Our Sloe liqueur is a medium to dry. A very unusual and distinctly different sloe gin. Very little sugar is added to our sloe Gin, mainly using sugar from the sloe to create this smooth and palatable. Infused with a dry Gin, crafted with traditional methods and using top quality botanicals.
Best Served on its own or with tonic
Finally, our ginger liqueur has a wonderfully warm and spicy taste that is bursting with intense ginger flavour. Balanced with a 3 year old blended Scottish Whisky, creamy and warming, fruity with butterscotch on the palate.

Fill a martini shaker with ice add 100ml apple brandy, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml orange juice, and 50ml maple or sugar syrup.
Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds, and strain into a chilled coupe.

COCKTAIL RECIPE - Apricot lime twist.
Add 100ml Brandy, 50ml apricot Brandy and 50 lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake.
Add to old fashioned tumbler and with broken ice.

ADD 25ml Blackcurrant liqueur, 25ml vodka, 25ml Pressed apple juice, 4-5 fresh mint leaves and 10ml Elderflower Cordial into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then strain and pour into a martini glass.
