COCKTAIL RECIPE - Night sky's over London
Add 25ml dry London Gin, 25ml sweet port, dash of lime juice, double dash of sloe liqueur and 50ml lemonade. Pour over ice in a tumbler.

Fill a martini shaker with ice add 100ml apple brandy, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml orange juice, and 50ml maple or sugar syrup.
Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds, and strain into a chilled coupe.
